This tram was housed at the National Tram Museum, Crich, Derbyshire. It returned to the City on 28th June 1995 to be part of the 'Sheffield on Wheels' Exhibition at Kelham Island Museum. It was also used as part of the Supertram celebrations.

It was built in 1894 by Starbuck and Co., Birkenhead. It was converted to an electric breakdown car in 1902 and after service was restored to its condition in this photograph in 1960.
